Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead portfolio management across global product teams. You will own outcomes, plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate with executives and engineers.

Based in Sunnyvale or other US locations, you will drive OKRs, cross-functional alignment, and ensure execution of complex, multi-disciplinary programs with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of program management experience.
• 8 years in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics in tech.

Responsibilities

• Refine and drive H1/H2 planning processes, tooling standardization (Chiron/Taskflow/ServiceNow), and SDLC monitoring and reporting.
• Lead OKR management lifecycle: development, metrics definition, and quarterly tracking.
• Optimize business cadence with OKR and initiative reviews for alignment and execution.
• Manage commitment and delivery communications to stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Oversee audit and compliance activities to adhere to standards and mitigate risk.

Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
