Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager III for Demos Creative Technology, Core, across New York and other U.S. locations. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and guide projects through the full lifecycle.

You will communicate risks to stakeholders and align design, development, and reliability teams for scalable demo deployments. You will drive operational pipelines for marquee events, oversee global installations, and

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience delivering events, product demos, physical-digital platforms, and interactive environments with AI integrations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary delivery schedules, technical statements of work, and vendor contracts for software development.
• Experience developing processes and custom tooling to enable scalable software/hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end operational pipelines for major product launches and demos.
• Bridge teams across event technology, experience design, integration, operations, and platform engineering.
• Oversee external agencies and AV integrators to convert temporary event props into durable installations.
• Establish operational readiness reviews and technical compliance rubrics for privacy, security, reliability, and serviceability.
• Monitor metrics like cycle time, cost savings, and asset reuse to optimize deployment frameworks globally.
