Job summary

Google LLC in New York and Los Angeles seeks a Technical Program Manager II in Design and Delivery for the Core team. You will lead cross-functional programs coordinating experiential installations, modular displays, and platform integrations across Google Experience Centers and briefing hubs.

You’ll partner with Real Estate, software teams, and fabrication partners to keep launches on time and on budget, while communicating tradeoffs to executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with experiential technology projects in corporate briefing centers, retail spaces, or public exhibitions.
• Experience managing design and creative production agencies, fabricators, and commercial technology vendors across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical delivery of simultaneous physical space refreshes, interactive installations, and infrastructure retrofits globally.
• Align architectural teams, general contractors, experience designers, fabricators, AV integrators, and demo/content creators against project paths.
• Track project budgets, manage purchase orders and SOWs, and manage the global supply-chain.
• Direct comprehensive system commissioning, punch-list remediation, and operational turnover to multiple teams.
• Create and refine best practices that scale our ability to deliver globally.
