Job summary

Google in Seattle is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for AI Enterprise Security within Cloud. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and present analyses and tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

As part of the Cloud AI Security and Abuse team, you will safeguard users, protect platform integrity, and enable responsible deployment of AI products at global scale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in enterprise security.
  • Experience with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Cloud AI to deliver critical product protections and mitigate emerging threats in generative and agentic AI.
  • Act as a key liaison for enterprise clients, understanding their unique security requirements and ensuring our defenses shield customers and users from harm.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-facing escalations related to Cloud AI abuse, providing timely and transparent communications regarding incident response and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and drive the rapid response for high-priority AI security incidents, and track the implementation of sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement by defining and analyzing metrics to measure program impact, identify inefficiencies, and refine processes for future security-related work.
