Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Irvine, CA to lead complex, cross-functional programs within gUP PMO. You will own major initiatives spanning Generative AI workflows, user feedback tools, and partner platforms, guiding planning, risks, and stakeholder communication.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to align milestones and tradeoffs, ensuring compliant launches and clear exec-level updates. Individual pay includes a base salary, bonus, and equity components.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the gUP TSI Program Management Office (PMO), you will focus on complex, cross-functional programs critical to gUP's top priorities. You will take ownership of significant initiatives, spanning areas like the Generative AI-powered Ask Google Help, enhancing agentic UserVoice feedback systems, or building critical tools and platforms for Google's Partners. Your responsibilities involve establishing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating clear communication across global teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
