Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives within a massive, enterprise-grade real estate portfolio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, overseeing a sophisticated ecosystem of custom-developed applications and robust third-party enterprise platforms.

You will partner closely with distributed cross-functional teams-including engineering squads based in India and regional stakeholders-to drive delivery excellence, optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and champion AI-driven productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Execution & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-complex software solutions across a vast and diverse real estate technology portfolio.
  • Technical Communication & Leadership: Act as the technical anchor, fluently bridging business objectives with software engineering teams to unblock dependencies, review architectural directions, and manage technical trade-offs.
  • SDLC Governance: Manage development lifecycles utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring governance frameworks to meet project demands.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Lead communication and program cadence across global teams.
  • Vendor & 3rd-Party Management: Successfully oversee and coordinate delivery with external vendors and third-party software partners.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding and professional experience within the Real Estate domain (PropTech, CRE operations, smart buildings, or enterprise property management systems).
  • Delivery Track Record: Proven experience successfully delivering medium-to-complex software solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical foundation allowing you to effectively communicate, collaborate, and challenge software developers in a program management capacity.
  • Methodology Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall).
  • Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to accommodate global working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI & SDLC Innovation: Demonstrated experience with AI-driven project management, redesigning SDLC processes, and leveraging modern AI systems to reduce operational toil and boost engineering productivity and quality.
  • Industry Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in the software and technology industry.
  • Enterprise Ecosystem Experience: Hands-on familiarity with major third-party enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, Salesforce, or similar IWMS/ERP systems).
  • Vendor Ecosystems: Prior experience managing complex delivery partnerships with external software vendors and system integrators.

Note: This role requires flexibility to work across time zones, including starting the workday early (approx. 6:00 AM PT) twice a week-or more frequently during critical project phases-with an adjusted early-finish schedule (approx. 2:30 PM PT) on those days.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
