Job summary

Ladders seeks a Technical Program Manager II, Infrastructure (Capacity & Efficiency) to lead cross-functional infrastructure programs focused on capacity planning, efficiency, and AI governance.

You will partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to keep initiatives on track, improve workflows, and support strong governance around AI-enabled work from a remote US base.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in program or project management, especially in infrastructure or cloud.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platforms and cost concepts.
  • Interest in capacity management and infrastructure efficiency; FinOps experience is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager II, Infrastructure (Capacity & Efficiency) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will drive cross-functional infrastructure programs with a focus on capacity planning, efficiency, and operational rigor. You will partner closely with engineering and stakeholder teams to keep initiatives on track, improve workflows, and support strong governance around AI-enabled work. The position calls for someone who can balance technical coordination, structured execution, and clear communication in a fast-moving consumer technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,965 – $214,044 annually

Responsibilities
  • Manage and track the progress of programs involving cloud and infrastructure
  • Use AI in decision-making and communication processes to streamline operations
  • Design workflows and mechanisms to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align on project goals and outcomes
