Job description

Accountabilities:
  • SaaS License Lifecycle Management: Map and redesign end-to-end processes for license onboarding, reassignment, and offboarding. Implement automated, ongoing license reclamation practices to recover unused licenses, reduce unnecessary spending, and prevent unexpected true-up charges.
  • Workspace Migrations and Technology Integration: Lead technical teams through migrations of collaboration and productivity suites. Define, prioritize, and execute technical roadmaps for platform transitions, environment harmonization, and technology integration following mergers and acquisitions.
  • Internal Product Evolution: Contribute to the technical roadmap for internal access and license management solutions, including License Manager. Organize, prioritize, and refine technical requirements for engineering and development teams.
  • Governance, Security, and Privacy: Coordinate with information security and privacy teams to implement corporate policies and applicable data protection requirements, including Brazil's LGPD. Conduct regular reviews and rigorous audits of accounts with administrative privileges across workplace platforms.
  • SaaS Governance and Risk Management: Coordinate a multidisciplinary committee responsible for evaluating, approving, or restricting enterprise software adoption. Develop technical and security risk mitigation plans that balance protection, innovation, and a smooth employee experience.
  • Operations, Monitoring, and Incident Management: Establish proactive monitoring and telemetry for the SaaS ecosystem. Coordinate the technical resolution of critical incidents and provide executive-level updates in partnership with global vendors and internal engineering teams.
  • Process Improvement and Delivery: Identify inefficiencies in technical workflows, develop actionable improvement plans, and encourage the adoption of AI-supported approaches to increase productivity and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable technology leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise productivity tools or managing large-scale SaaS ecosystems and their governance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise collaboration platform architecture, administration, and migration, particularly Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience leading domain and identity consolidation, as well as tenant transitions following mergers and acquisitions.
  • Practical expertise in SaaS license lifecycle management, from license discovery and allocation through reassignment and offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle management, backlog refinement, and technical prioritization for engineering teams.
  • Experience mapping technical processes, identifying opportunities to improve user journeys, and translating findings into concrete, executable action plans.
  • Ability to apply AI tools and approaches to improve processes, streamline operations, and increase delivery efficiency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and balance technical, financial, security, and user experience priorities.

The following qualifications are considered an advantage:

  • Experience leading decision-making committees responsible for approving, restricting, or governing enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with security assessments and technical approval processes for third-party software solutions.
  • Applied knowledge of data privacy regulations, including LGPD and GDPR, and strategies to mitigate risks associated with Shadow IT.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and privileged account governance.
Benefits:
  • Flexible healthcare coverage: Medical and dental plans with flexible options.
  • Medication and family health support: Medication assistance and health allowances for eligible family members.
  • Mental health and medical care: Free psychotherapy sessions, 24-hour telemedicine, and ongoing preventive care, mental wellness, and vaccination programs.
  • Food and meal support: Meal vouchers or access to a local restaurant, plus food allowance with an additional Christmas benefit.
  • Product discounts: Discounts of up to 40% on products from the company's brand ecosystem.
  • Fitness and wellness: Access to Gympass/TotalPass for gyms and fitness studios.
  • Remote work assistance: Home office allowance for eligible remote and hybrid arrangements.
  • Birthday day off: Dedicated time off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Pet and lifestyle benefits: Pet health insurance, partner discounts, and travel and accommodation programs.
  • Extended parental leave: Up to 180 days for mothers and 120 days for fathers.
  • Family support: Assistance for parents of children with additional needs, childcare or early education support, school supplies assistance, and child nutrition credit.
  • Personal guidance: Dedicated legal, psychological, and social support services.
  • Financial protection: Private pension plan and life insurance.
  • Additional financial and commuting support: Eligible employees may receive bereavement assistance, payroll-deducted loans, transportation vouchers, and parking benefits according to their work arrangement.
