Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the Identity platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will guide authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and account management, working with engineering, security, privacy, legal, and design across regions.

You will prioritize backlog, set success metrics, and use data and experiments to optimize identity experiences while balancing security, usability, and reliability. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, lead planning sessions, and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making in product discovery and delivery.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and wellbeing while aligning teams across regions.

Job description

Accountabilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, security requirements, and long-term platform goals.

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of authentication, authorization, account management, account recovery, SSO, and MFA capabilities.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

- Prioritize product initiatives and manage the backlog, balancing security and compliance needs with usability, platform reliability, and delivery timelines.

- Establish clear objectives, key results, and performance indicators, including authentication success rates, account recovery completion, and SSO/MFA adoption.

- Use analytics, customer insights, hypotheses, and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and continuously optimize identity-related user experiences.

- Coordinate with internal product teams to understand their needs, prioritize shared platform capabilities, and promote consistent identity standards across the ecosystem.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, lead product planning sessions, and communicate technical trade-offs and strategic decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, support decision-making, and enhance the quality of product discovery and delivery.

- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and wellbeing while influencing teams and stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience leading impactful product development initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business and user outcomes.

- Experience with platform products, foundational services, identity management, authentication, authorization, or other technically complex product domains is highly valued.

- Strong understanding of technical architecture and the ability to discuss security considerations, scalability, system dependencies, and architectural trade-offs with engineering teams.

- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, define success metrics, and align delivery with business objectives.

- Experience using data, experimentation, and performance metrics to validate assumptions, evaluate results, and guide product decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to break down complex challenges, navigate ambiguity, and make pragmatic decisions.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed.

- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.

- Adaptability and comfort working across different time zones and multicultural environments.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their practical application in product management to improve efficiency and decision-making.
