As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Pixel Device Core Software team is responsible for the core software running on Pixel phones. Our team comprises the major software subsystems such as core bring‑up, performance, power, charging, thermals, storage, memory, graphics, display, and sensors. In this role, you will be directly involved with shaping and driving our multi‑year roadmap for phones and custom silicon.
Charging is a key driver for Pixel device sales and experiences. With Pixel’s product portfolio growth and new investments, nailing device fundamentals is more important and challenging than ever. In order to deliver more helpful experiences effectively, we need to work cross‑functionally and deliver enriching features while considering system impacts on key areas and user experiences.
The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
