Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to delivery, focusing on abuse-fighting strategies powered by AI/LLM technology. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You’ll work with Google’s Trust & Safety teams to reduce risk across products and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Applied AI and agentic solutions to understand potential for abuse-fighting strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand problems and goals, obtain prioritized deliverables.
• Define scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions for critical variances.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive impact and build dashboards.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables.


• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.


• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.


• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
