Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs within Cloud AI Security and Abuse (CASA). You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Cloud AI to deliver critical product protections and mitigate threats in generative and agentic AI.
• Act as a liaison for enterprise clients, understanding security requirements and ensuring defenses shield customers and users.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-facing escalations related to Cloud AI abuse, providing timely communications on incident response and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and drive rapid response for high-priority AI security incidents and track implementation of long-term solutions.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure program impact, identify inefficiencies, and improve security-related processes.

Job description
