Corporate Compliance & Integrity Program Manager

LOCATION: REMOTE

DURATION: Contract through end of 2025

VISA: GC-EAD/GC/USC Only, No Sponsorship, W2 Only

Project Description:

In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day execution of our global corporate compliance and integrity program. You will help promote and maintain a strong culture of integrity to help ensure day-to-day operations are conducted openly and fairly. You will leverage your technical knowledge and experience to proactively identify issues, scale risk management strategies, and continuously improve the global program in support of the mission to grow the GDP of the internet. In carrying out this role, you will coordinate and work collaboratively with multiple team members.

Duties/Day to Day Overview:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of Internal investigations by: (i) conducting investigative activities such as transaction testing and document analysis; and (ii) drafting deliverables, including case summaries, investigation plans, interview outlines, and reports.
  • Assist with initial assessments of employee disclosures (i.e., conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality).
  • Assist with the implementation of a Gift & Hospitality disclosure management system, including design, integration testing, and drafting standard operating procedures, enablement materials (e.g., FAQ), and a communication plan.
  • Track and update program roadmaps and action plans.
  • Support the execution of periodic risk assessments and special projects.
  • Respond to internal/external information requests (e.g., internal audit, business partner) related to Internal Investigations program and the Corporate Compliance & Integrity program.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Training and Communications to develop engaging content that helps employees recognize potential issues and uphold ethical standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., course admin, reporting) for compliance training.

Top Requirements (Must haves):

  • 3+ years of experience working in-house compliance, compliance related consulting, and/or forensics experience.
  • An understanding of the corporate compliance and integrity issues faced by a technology company.
  • Experience executing day-to-day operations of compliance programs.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—including the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven skills.

The biggest thing is going to be having prior experience in the following compliance domains:

  • Internal Investigations, Anti-bribery and Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Antitrust, Code of Conduct, and Insider Trading.
  • Experience in fintech Company.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Relevant compliance related certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP).
  • Experience implementing and scaling corporate compliance programs.
