Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or designing LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish new programs and analyze problems requiring complex solutions.
• Provide leadership with technical leads to deliver related projects.
• Establish new processes, identify systemic problems and propose solutions.
• Provide reporting and KPIs.
