Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise Professional Services team to support large organizations using Fusus and other Axon products. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales and Services, and drive successful multi‑product implementations.

Based in the US with a hybrid schedule—onsite Tue–Fri and remote on Mondays—you’ll navigate complex environments, own outcomes, and help customers achieve measurable

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows.
  • Demonstrated ownership for deliverables and ability to see work through to completion.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective when handling ambiguity, feedback, or change.
  • Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and translating needs into actionable docs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to understand constraints and options.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly, connect details across systems and workflows, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Genuine interest in Axon’s mission and using technology for real-world impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes and goals across stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, structured artifacts including requirements, user stories, and workflows.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design multi-product solutions.
  • Configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and needs.
  • Evaluate solution options and trade-offs to support sustainable outcomes.
  • Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing to validate use cases.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and collaborate cross-functionally within Axon.

Your Impact

Join Axon’s Enterprise Professional Services team and help large, complex organizations unlock the full value of Axon’s technology ecosystem. In this role, you will support Enterprise customers across multiple Axon products, including Fusus, helping them address meaningful operational challenges through scalable, integrated software solutions.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Enterprise customers to understand their needs, translate those needs into clear requirements, and support successful implementations across multiple platforms. You will operate effectively in complex environments, take ownership of your work, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. This role is well suited for someone who is motivated by impact, works well under pressure, and values teamwork and accountability.

What You’ll Do

Location: Based out of one of Axon’s US hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Scottsdale, Seattle, or Sterling metro areas). This role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Friday and remote flexibility on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation is in place.Travel: Up to 30%Reports To: Manager, Professional Services

  • Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
  • Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, operational goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, structured business artifacts, including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions.
  • Work with customers to configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
  • Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes.
  • Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions against defined Enterprise use cases.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and long‑term success.
  • Build trusted working relationships with Enterprise customers while collaborating cross‑functionally within Axon to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress.
