As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Planet, you will lead the company’s largest, complex efforts that cross many teams and organizational boundaries. You will drive Go‑to‑Market (GTM) launches, bridging Product and Engineering with business functions such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement. You will develop and manage end‑to‑end program plans, establish and maintain internal processes, schedules, metrics, and risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This full‑time hybrid role requires you to work from our San Francisco office three days per week.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position at the commencement of employment is $128,400 - $160,500 USD. The role may be eligible for discretionary short‑term and long‑term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary will be determined by job‑related experience, skills and location.
