Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding, integration, and deployment of automation technologies across its fulfillment network. You will serve as the technical liaison between vendors and Amazon stakeholders, ensuring IT, network, and security standards are met before deployment.

In this role you will manage multiple onboarding projects, review vendor network diagrams, coordinate VLANs and IPs, and drive risk assessments and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• 2+ years of large-scale networking environments experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of vendor IT onboarding for AGV/AMR and automation technologies.
• Review vendor network diagrams for compliance with Amazon standards.
• Coordinate IoT device certification and ensure mTLS, SSO, and VPN requirements.
• Author and submit Vendor Technical Assessment reports evaluating integration risk and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate physical infrastructure work and establish BOMs for site deployments.
• Serve as the single-threaded owner for vendor IT integration across cross-functional teams.
