Job summary

Charge Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the adaptation of their Sunrise system for deployment. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams such as engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet specifications.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in technical program management, preferably with hardware systems, and excellent organizational skills. The position is based in San Leandro, CA with the possibility of international travel to support deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience with complex hardware systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan and schedule for the deployment effort.
• Drive design adaptation cycle for new systems and track milestones.
• Collaborate with supply chain and external vendors.
• Plan international deployment logistics in partnership with teams.
• Maintain awareness of risks and critical paths.
