Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, business development, and operations partners. You will own program execution end to end, defining scope, building plans, and aligning distributed teams across time zones.

In this role you will partner with managers to translate business requirements into technical milestones, identify risks early, and provide leadership with clear status updates and launch-readiness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across teams and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of cross-team technical programs, from requirements definition through launch and post-launch operations.
• Partner with engineering managers and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical path items early; drive mitigation and facilitate communications.
• Coordinate across engineering teams in multiple time zones, as well as product, business development, operations, security, and external partners.
• Run program reviews and write clear, concise status updates, decision documents, and launch readiness assessments for leadership.
• Establish and improve mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and release coordination so the team can deliver predictably as program volume grows.
• Measure program outcomes against goals and drive continuous improvement in how the team plans and delivers.
