Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Amazon Key for Business team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, business development, and operations. You will own program execution end to end, defining scope with stakeholders, building the plan, identifying dependencies and risks early, and keeping distributed engineering teams aligned on delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of cross-team technical programs from requirements definition through launch and post-launch operations.
• Partner with engineering managers and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical path items early; drive mitigation and facilitate.
• Coordinate across engineering teams in multiple time zones, as well as product, business development, operations, security, and external partners.
• Run program reviews and write clear, concise status updates, decision documents, and launch readiness assessments for leadership.
• Establish and improve mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and release coordination so the team can deliver predictably as program volume grows.
• Measure program outcomes against goals and drive continuous improvement in how the team plans and delivers.
