  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and strong presentation skills, capable of tailoring communication to different audiences.

  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

Google’s Data Center Fleet Efficiency team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives that optimize our extensive data center operations. In this role, you will lead large-scale, complex technical programs from inception to completion, utilizing strong technical judgment to guide architectural decisions, mitigate risks, and navigate ambiguous requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Engineering, Product Management, UX, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to define program scopes and align multiple organizations to achieve strategic goals.
