The Corporate Finance Program Manager is part of Carlyle's Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) organization, reporting to the Principal, Finance Technology. The Finance Technology team builds and operates the technology portfolio supporting Fund Accounting, Firm Accounting, Tax & Entity Management, Treasury & Cash Management, Corporate Finance Reporting & Analytics, and AI & Process Automation. The team comprises 13+ full-time staff and ~100+ contractors across multiple domain-aligned delivery teams.
The Technical Program Manager is a high-impact role at the operational center of Carlyle's Corporate Services Technology. Familiarity with core accounting and finance concepts such as fund accounting, treasury and cash management, payments, and tax is a plus, as is experience with the systems that support them; a demonstrated ability to quickly build domain knowledge in new areas is equally valued. This foundation, combined with program discipline, enables the individual to translate business priorities into delivered outcomes. The ideal candidate brings finance operations fluency, a track record of driving cross-functional programs to completion, and the judgment to engage credibly with senior stakeholders. This is not an engineering role.
The candidate is expected to bring working knowledge in one or more of the following finance domains and demonstrate the ability to develop fluency across others through structured onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
The compensation range for this role is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000.
