Job summary

Cursor is seeking its first Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to lead its largest enterprise deployments and partner with customer engineering teams to ensure measurable outcomes. You will define processes and playbooks to scale our enterprise motion and be the primary liaison between customers and Cursor’s product and engineering teams.

As the inaugural TPM, you’ll turn ambiguity into concrete plans, manage risk, and drive alignment across executives, IT, security, and engineering

We're looking for our first Technical Program Manager to work with our largest enterprise customers and help them adopt Cursor. This is a highly customer‑facing role. You'll partner closely with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to drive complex deployments across engineering, security, IT, and executive stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes while helping Cursor scale its enterprise motion.

As our first TPM, you'll also help define how we work. You'll build the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that allow us to support increasingly large and complex customer deployments.
