Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including federal IT modernization programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex IT transformation initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing federal government customers, contracts, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and technical performance tracking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery of assigned programs.
• Serve as primary government customer contact; provide updates on performance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead IT modernization and technology transformation initiatives aligned with objectives and contracts.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams supporting cloud migration, application development, networking, and database optimization.
• Establish objectives, milestones, master schedules, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and resource constraints; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering, development, integration, testing activities to meet requirements.
• Direct and oversee program personnel; ensure resource allocation and performance.
• Support business development and identify opportunities to expand programs and services.
• Balance changing priorities while maintaining execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
