Qualificações
- 12+ years in technical program management or equivalent.
- Experience delivering programs end-to-end across multiple teams.
- Ability to build dashboards to track progress.
- Experience with data privacy and compliance in workflows.
- Proven ability to scale expert networks and operations.
Responsabilidades
- Identify experts for priority workflows and onboard them.
- Capture expert work at high quality and translate to actionable results for partner teams.
- Own Voice of Customer program and drive product/process improvements.
- Interface with partner organizations and scale engagement model.
- Define metrics and report on portfolio performance.
