Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of Program/Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in technical program management, driving enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodology and mobilizing multiple teams across domains.
• Ability to develop structured and impactful executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise modernization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional team discussions, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout modernization.
• Manage technology vendors to ensure timely delivery within budgets.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to address resistance and adoption.
• Identify and mitigate risks across modernization efforts to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to define goals and progress.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within program lifecycles.
