Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Architecture program within the Global Digital Services organization. You will coordinate planning and execution across portfolios, domains, and partners, translating business goals into scalable tech outcomes.

In a hybrid environment (2 days onsite), you will influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage vendor relationships, and champion governance, change management, and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program / Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in technical program management, driving enterprise-level initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and highly developed interpersonal skills to drive transformational outcomes through influence, without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and leverage data to drive decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology, and ability to mobilize multiple agile delivery teams across multiple domains towards a single mission.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise modernization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving successful implementation and governance across business units and departments.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and facilitate cross-functional team discussions, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the modernization process.
• Vendor Management: Manage technology vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to address resistance, facilitate cultural shifts, and ensure smooth adoption and ongoing governance of modernized systems.
• Risk Management: Identify and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks associated with modernization efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-value business outcomes.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for program communications.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices within the program lifecycles.
