Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience including agile software delivery.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and influence without direct authority.
• Analytical thinkers who use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise modernization with governance across units.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead cross-functional discussions fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Vendor Management: Manage technology vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery within budgets.
• Change Management: Develop strategies to address resistance and ensure governance of modernized systems.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks for high-value business outcomes.
