Torch Technologies is seeking a high-performing Program Manager - Technical to support our Technology Development Business Unit in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on managing overall strategy, operations, performance, and growth of the division while integrating technical, cost, schedule, and resource requirements for defense programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; Active Secret clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of engineering PM experience with schedules and budgets.
• Experience in defense programs, proposals, and cost/schedule risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead inputs across technical teams for integrated planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain schedules, forecasts, budgets, and metrics.
• Support EVM, EACs, and cost/schedule variance analyses.
• Prepare executive briefings and program documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers on strategy and risk management.
