Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of Technology Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Consulting.
• 5+ years in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management platforms, Investment products, Securities lifecycle, Portfolio management, and Banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from ideation through execution and production rollout.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Manage multiple workstreams across engineering, architecture, product, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and establish governance frameworks for program execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver Wealth Management and Banking solutions.
• Lead digital assets initiatives including crypto custody, wallets, staking, and crypto trading platforms.
