Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Engineering in San Francisco to lead end-to-end IT and facilities programs that empower every Ant to work more productively.

You will manage office deployments, endpoint and device management, enterprise software platforms, and building technologies, coordinating with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and other teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems for the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Corporate Engineering with 4+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Technical background in enterprise IT systems including endpoint management, IAM, network infra and SaaS.
• Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs.
• Proven TPM or similar role in a tech environment with company-wide programs.
• Strong communication with exec audiences; able to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration across IT, Security, Facilities, People, Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and delivery across globally distributed product, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Define and maintain architectural foundations underpinning Corporate Engineering systems.
• Lead office deployment and scaling programs for new builds and expansions.
• Own internal systems and hardware programs deployed in Anthropic buildings.
• Lead global endpoint and device management programs for laptops and mobile devices.
• Drive IT Operations excellence and improve service delivery and user experience.
• Manage enterprise software platforms from evaluation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and cross-functional teams to meet needs.
• Communicate program status and technical tradeoffs to leadership and the company.
