Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager for Compliance, Safety and Risk Management in the NOVA team within CSRM, to drive automation initiatives that are scalable, reliable, and secure. You will coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders to plan requirements, manage risks, and communicate complex tradeoffs clearly across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience leading and managing technology projects in all phases, from evaluation to design and execution.
• 5 years of experience in automation technology, data orchestration, and workflow automation.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management and software implementation/integration.
• 5 years of experience working with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute automation projects within the NOVA team, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with CSRM’s strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to implement automation solutions, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on program goals, modify plans as necessary, and seamlessly manage expectations across various internal groups.
• Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
