Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in New York, NY to lead complex automation and cross-functional technology projects within CSRM’s NOVA team. You will plan requirements, assess risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers alike.

You will collaborate with engineering and product partners to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with compliance and risk management goals. Strong PM and technical fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years leading and managing technology projects from evaluation to execution.
• 5 years of experience in automation technology, data orchestration, and workflow automation.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management and software implementation/integration.
• 5 years of experience working with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute automation projects within the NOVA team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement automation ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on program goals and manage expectations across internal groups.
• Use agile methodologies and PM tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
