Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in New York, NY to lead automation initiatives within the CSRM organization. You will plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders across the company.

In the NOVA team, you will drive scalable, reliable automation that aligns with compliance and risk goals, mentoring junior team members and delivering on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years leading and managing technology projects end-to-end.
• 5 years in automation tech, data orchestration and workflow automation.
• 5 years in technical program management and software implementation/integration.
• 5 years working with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute automation projects within the NOVA team aligned to CSRM goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement automation solutions with data accuracy and security.
• Engage stakeholders to align on goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Utilize agile methodologies and PM tools to boost team effectiveness and delivery.
