Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution for commercial space and aerospace customers—from proposal through deployment—bridging Agile software development with structured program delivery.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business development, translating technical requirements into executable plans, managing milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while ensuring transparency and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex software, aerospace, or cloud-based programs for commercial customers.
• Experience in space systems, ground software, or mission operations preferred.
• Able to translate requirements into technical delivery plans with engineering and product teams.
• Fluent in Agile and Waterfall; adaptable to hybrid execution environments.
• Strong relationship management and communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with proactive risk, gaps, and dependencies identification.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of commercial customer programs, managing scope, schedule, and risk.
• Translate customer requirements into executable plans; manage milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Engage with customer program and technical leads; conduct syncs and program reviews.
• Develop and manage program plans, performance reports, and integration docs.
