Job summary

Nace AI in Palo Alto seeks its first Technical Program Manager to be the operating system behind product execution. You will translate priorities into concrete plans, track deliverables across engineering, research, product, and domain experts, and surface risks early to keep initiatives on schedule.

You'll own the program cadence—from sprint planning to release readiness—and ensure the right information reaches leadership. Exceptional communication and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving cross-functional technical programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling complex updates for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and scheduling ability to manage many parallel workstreams.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers; AI/ML product experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time with stakeholder trust.
• Familiarity with modern program management tools (Linear, Jira, Notion) and collaboration platforms.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity; ability to create structure where none exists.
• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own program management for all product development activity across engineering, research, product, and domain-expert teams.
• Lead the operating cadence: sprint planning, standups, launch reviews, and leadership updates.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, timelines, and cross-team dependency maps.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps; elevate early and drive mitigations to resolution.
• Coordinate product launches end-to-end including release readiness and post-launch follow-through.
• Serve as the communication hub translating progress into clear, decision-ready updates for leadership.
• Establish scalable program management processes and tooling standards as the company grows.
