Job summary

Tenstorrent is building high-performance AI hardware and software systems, and is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Platform Gen organization. You will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning runtime systems, device drivers, deployment, observability, and hardware enablement.

The role requires deep engagement with software and systems concepts, data-driven decision making, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in software or systems engineering in a complex engineering environment.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable plans.
• Data-driven and proactive with risk identification and mitigation.
• Hands-on with automation and dashboards to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of platform engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate across runtime, drivers, deployment, observability, debug tools, hardware, and architecture teams.
• Lead reliability and scalability initiatives for AI systems, including fleet-scale deployment and cluster recovery.
• Establish execution plans, milestones, and reporting to help teams identify risks and make informed decisions.
• Improve engineering execution through telemetry, dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
