Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead technology programs in a banking and finance context. You will own delivery, define product vision and KPIs, and coordinate across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, and vendor partners.

You will coach teams on Agile methods, create roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive the Sprints and demos to ensure product success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology programs in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and coaching others.
• Ability to define product vision and success metrics (KPIs).
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and ensure product success across teams.
• Provide technical program management leadership to the ONE team (Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, Vendors).
• Define product vision, success metrics, and business goals.
• Create roadmaps and align increments for product success; optimize TCO.
• Promote usage of collaboration and PM tools (Azure DevOps, Teams).
• Lead Sprints and ceremonies; drive product and engineering progress.
