Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking an early-career Software Technical Program Manager to lead strategic software initiatives across our global production teams. You will coordinate software development efforts, drive process improvements, and report progress to stakeholders in a high-visibility role.

The role requires a Bachelors in CS/CE/IT with 2+ years in software or production, strong Jira experience, and solid PM skills. Competitive benefits and base salary in the US market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT.
• 2+ years of experience in software development/engineering or production environment (Masters + 0+ years acceptable).
• Hands-on Jira experience strongly desired.
• Strong cross-functional team management and interpersonal skills.
• Project management with schedules and milestones; PMP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead software and PM teams on strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate software development deliverables and process improvements.
• Attend weekly core team meetings to communicate updates and milestones.
• Identify program risks, define mitigation, and coordinate hardware/software solutions.
• Maintain program documentation and disseminate updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans during status meetings.
