Patronus AI, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of RL environments and simulations for frontier labs. You will own work orders through SME sourcing, environment build, task generation, QA, and final delivery, aligning plans with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement, process automation, and close collaboration with customers and account leads. Based in San Francisco, on-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a technical program manager, delivery lead, or equivalent on complex multi-team programs.
• Track record of shipping when requirements move after kickoff without compromising quality or customer relations.
• Strong technical fluency, comfortable with AI tools, code reading, and data/model analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery programs end-to-end: track work orders, deliverables, due dates, and owners across engineering, QA, and SME teams.
• Manage scope changes mid-program and update plan, pricing inputs, and commitments accordingly.
• Run handoffs between GTM, SME sourcing, environment engineering, task generation, and QA to prevent work from stalling.
• Define readiness criteria and ensure QA tickets are green before shipping.
• Work directly with customers to translate asks into concrete plans with owners and dates.
• Encourage time-bound work with explicit estimates and hold everyone to them.
• Identify automation opportunities and build tools to scale the function.
• Stay hands-on by running environments, reviewing QA, and building small tools.
