Job summary

Emerald AI is transforming AI data centers to run power-smart at scale. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across software, infrastructure, and partners, aligning internal and external roadmaps with evolving constraints.

You’ll coordinate deployments, integration workstreams, and strategic collaborations with leaders in AI, cloud, and energy. You will own program governance, manage dependencies, and shape execution in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross functional roles.
• Strong technical fluency for engineering discussions on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with influence without authority.
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startup experience preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Break down complex initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and dependencies.
• Translate requirements, constraints, and system designs across organizational boundaries.
• Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
• Identify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps.
• Support partner integrations, deployments, and technical collaborations.
• Contribute to success metrics, including deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
