The role requires TS with SCI eligibility, CSPO certification, and 10–12 years of technical leadership. US citizenship is required. You will influence enterprise delivery in a cybersecurity-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–12 years in technical program or product leadership.
• 5+ years leading Agile development pipelines.
• 3+ years supporting MBSE, DevSecOps, or software engineering programs.
• US citizenship and Top Secret/SCI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into executable development work across contractor teams.
• Lead and orchestrate the Agile framework, including PI planning for synchronized delivery.
• Own requirements traceability from government capabilities to development items.
• Coordinate cross-contractor Agile planning in a hybrid cloud environment.
