Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited seeks a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Agentic AI and UiPath Intelligent Automation to drive enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity assessment through production deployment.

You will lead governance, cross-functional teams, and risk management while ensuring secure, scalable releases and seamless handoffs to support teams. This role requires global delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Technology Delivery.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Proven experience delivering UiPath-based automation initiatives.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
• UiPath certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation roadmap and delivery pipeline aligned with business goals.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk escalation.
• Align business sponsors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee the delivery of Agentic AI and UiPath automation projects.
• Track program risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support.
• Manage multiple AI and automation programs concurrently.
• Coordinate efforts across Business, IT, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams.
• Resolve technical blockers and ensure successful releases.
• Collaborate with Process Analysts and Offshore Architects on solution design and feasibility.
• Evaluate process suitability for UiPath RPA, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, Human-in-the-Loop, and AI-powered automation solutions.

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Agentic AI and UiPath Intelligent Automation. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise automation initiatives from opportunity assessment through to production deployment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional program leadership, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of AI-driven automation solutions.

What You'll Do:

Define the automation roadmap and delivery pipeline aligned with business goals.

Establish governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks.

Stakeholder & Program Leadership

Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk escalation.

Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.

Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.

UiPath certification is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/IXP).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
