Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Program Manager 5 for Content & Business Products in Los Angeles to drive data and AI-enabled technology programs. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and influence long-term technology growth in hospitality and recreation.

Location-based role with collaboration across teams to deliver scalable programs, prototypes, and architecture improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Proven experience driving large-scale software projects.
• Highly skilled in orchestrating multiple programs and building partnerships.
• Ability to identify solution gaps and influence tradeoffs between product and technology.
• Deep understanding of agentic capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of programs from inception to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional programs with product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Engage with partners to develop execution plans with measurable milestones.
• Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide technical strategy expertise with engineering partners.
• Scope and lead Generative AI/ML initiatives with active collaboration.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager 5 - Content & Business Products to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $290,000 – $460,000 annually
