Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering leadership, technical leads, and product teams to ensure complex software, robotics, and automation programs are delivered on time and with high quality.

You will drive risk management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven execution using Jira and SQL, influencing stakeholders from individual contributors to executives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years leading complex technical programs.
  • Experience with software, hardware, robotics, automation, infrastructure, or other highly technical products.
  • Strong program management skills to coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and lead discussions among technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% and ability to drive programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leverage data and reporting tools, including SQL, to provide visibility into program health and execution metrics.
  • Foster transparency, collaboration, and rapid decision-making across technical and business teams.

Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.Employees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines.
