• PMP preferred; BS in Engineering; MS/MBA a plus.

The ideal candidate will partner with engineering, product, manufacturing, supply chain, and business stakeholders to develop integrated project plans, manage technical deliverables, and ensure successful execution of complex automation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and support. Develop and maintain integrated engineering schedules, work breakdown structures, critical paths, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, and operational teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Drive site-by-site deployment planning, launch readiness, and execution across a multi-location implementation program. Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of complex automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems. Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional decision-making throughout the development lifecycle. Establish and improve program management processes, standards, governance, and reporting practices for a scaling organization. Provide executive-level communication on project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes. Mentor project teams and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
