IPolarity is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from initiation through execution and launch. You will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions, size delivery plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading initiation, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with a focus on risk mitigation and GTM readiness to support successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading product delivery, projects, or TPM roles.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.

Job Title: Technical Product Delivery Lead

Location: Onsite in Walnut Creek, CA (LOCAL PROFILES PREFERRED!!!

Duration: 6 mos.

Job Description

The Technical Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives, from initiation through execution and launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions, design and size delivery plans, and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiation & Planning
  • Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
• Execution & Tracking
  • Track progress against delivery plans, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
  • Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
  • Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
  • Provide regular status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Risk & Go-To-Market Readiness
  • Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
• Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or Technical program management roles.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
• Experience with risk and GTM readiness processes is a plus.
