Job summary

Acceler8 Talent partners with a well-funded AI hardware company to recruit a Senior Technical Program Manager for embedded software. You will own critical programs spanning firmware, Linux drivers, silicon, validation, and compiler teams, ensuring alignment across software and hardware as silicon advances.

This is a highly technical TPM role focusing on pre-silicon milestones, tape-out, and bring-up. You will coordinate across firmware, drivers, FPGA/emulation, and hardware teams to mitigate

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program/project management
• Strong embedded software, firmware or low-level systems experience
• Background with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs, DSPs, custom SoCs or heterogeneous compute
• Understanding of Linux drivers, firmware, FPGA/emulation and hardware/software debugging
• Strong track record managing complex technical dependencies across multiple engineering teams
• Experience within semiconductors, AI hardware, robotics, autonomous systems or other hardware-software environments

Responsibilities

Technical Program Manager - Embedded Software

US & Canada - Fully Remote

We're partnering with a well-funded AI hardware company developing a new generation of high-performance, energy-efficient AI accelerators.

They're looking for a senior Technical Program Manager to own complex embedded software programs and keep software and hardware teams aligned as new silicon moves from development through bring-up and deployment.

The Role

You'll work across firmware, Linux drivers, silicon, validation, compiler and runtime teams, owning the critical path and ensuring technical dependencies don't become schedule-breaking problems.

This is a highly technical TPM position rather than a process-heavy project management role. You'll need to be comfortable working with engineers at the hardware/software boundary and understanding how software milestones connect to pre-silicon development, tape-out and bring-up.

We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in technical program/project management
