Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, product, design, operations, and customer support.
Partner with engineering and technical leaders to influence architectural direction and identify risks.
Lead program execution from concept through delivery while anticipating risks and enabling teams.
Drive process improvements that enhance visibility and strengthen platform reliability.
Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into products and workflows.
Mentor TPMs and other program leaders, sharing best practices to scale program leadership.

Requirements
