indrive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own our largest cross-team programs end to end. You will collaborate with product and engineering leadership across tens of teams, decide which programs we run and in what order, and bridge product intent with technical reality. This is a deeply technical role focused on architecture discussions, design reviews, and trade-off decisions.

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.

The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.

This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.

You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
